As soon as you open the account, at your specific request, the branch will upload a request for the issue of a Debit Card. As soon as the ATM Debit Card is printed and dispatched to your address, the Bank will send an SMS to the registered mobile number of the customer, informing the Speed Post / Courier Reference Number.

Customers can track the SBI debit card status through India Post or the related Courier website. What Is RSN Number In SBI Banking?

In SBI banking, “RSN number” stands for Reference Serial Number. It is a unique identification number assigned to each transaction processed by the bank. The RSN number helps track and identify individual transactions for record-keeping and reconciliation purposes.

Whenever you perform a transaction through SBI banking channels, such as online banking, mobile banking, or branch transactions, a unique RSN number is generated for that specific transaction. This number serves as a reference point for the bank to locate and retrieve transaction details if required.

As of my last knowledge update in January 2024, there is no widely recognized term “RSN Number” associated with State Bank of India (SBI) banking. It’s possible that the term might refer to something specific within a localized context or a newer development introduced after my last update.

In banking terminology, acronyms and terms may vary, and specific terms could be introduced for various purposes, such as security, identification, or transaction processing. If “RSN Number” is a recent development or if it pertains to a specific service or feature introduced by SBI after my last update, I recommend checking with the official sources, such as the SBI website, customer service, or relevant documentation provided by the bank.

If you have received communication from SBI that includes the term “RSN Number” or if you have encountered it in a specific context, referring to the official SBI resources or contacting SBI customer service directly would be the best way to get accurate and up-to-date information about its meaning and usage in the context of SBI banking.
