  2. Watch Skincare by Hyram. Love him. You learn a lot about your skin and products to buy depending on what you need. I recommend the Ordinary. They have some great products. They’re also pretty cheap. ALWAYS WASH YOUR FACE BEFORE GOING TO BED.
  3. Workout. I know you’ve heard it a million times, but it’s a huge part of a glow-up. It doesn’t matter if you lose 10 lbs or 1/2. It will make you feel a lot better and get you in a good mental state. I personally wanted to gain a few pounds, so I worked out. I would say about 1 hour 5 times a week if you have time. Working out outside during the summer is a great way to get you vitamin D and feel more refreshed. I would recommend Pamela Reif (if you want to die) and Chloe Ting for free programs. You can definitely invest in other people with paid subscriptions but I find no need.
  4. Drink water. Being dehydrated can lead to being unmotivated, tired, having shitty skin, etc. So drink your water.
