- 1/2 cup of cold-pressed olive oil or coconut oil
- Sea salt flakes to taste
- 1 avocado, diced or sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Raw tofu, diced
- 2 green apples, cored and sliced
WHAT TO DO:
Place the kale, oil, and salt in a large mixing bowl and massage well.
